Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: All our ears are made to order, and because of that, there is a 3-week turnaround time-but it could be less. If you need them sooner, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q: Why don’t you have Mickey Mouse or other characters on your ears?

A: We’d love to, but legally we cannot without a licensing agreement with Disney and those are expensive.
